Claudia, the single mother of an adorable 6 year old little girl, joined AmoLatina through her home agency in Manizales, Colombia in April of 2008. She was immediately contacted by Barry, a sales and accounting executive in Arizona, who saw her striking photos on our site. “I saw her and thought how could such a beautiful woman exist…I had to meet her. I was looking to start a family and so this had potential for the perfect situation.” They were first in touch by email through the site, then by phone. Claudia and Barry had no problem communicating as both speak fluent Spanish.

 

From the beginning they both felt a strong attraction and compatibility with each other. So after being in close contact for several months, Barry took the initiative and hopped a plane to Manizales where he arrived on October 11, 2008.

 

 Immediately upon meeting both were struck by the same lightning bolt. And after a few weeks of constantly being together in Colombia, Barry proposed marriage, to which Claudia accepted.

 

After returning home to Arizona for a short time Barry went back to Manizales and married Claudia on 8 January. They are now in the process of securing a visa for Claudia and her lovely daughter to move to the United States where they will live as a family.

 

Barry and Claudia are our new couple of the month as they not only found each other, but were successful in creating an instant family with a lovable and sweet child.
